The book “Power of The Network” will be released on March 12th, 2019, by a new imprint, Digital Publishing Worldwide, that is a division of Next Big Futures Publishing.
It is an introduction to the emerging world of distributed computing, the new technologies that are enabling us to build the infrastructure and processes that allow the world to communicate, collaborate, and connect.
The book has been written by Peter Rota, an associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh, and Daniel Krizhevsky, a former research scientist at Carnegie Mellon University, both of whom are based at Carnegie’s Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) and the Center for Digital Humanities at MIT.
“I think the book is the future of digital communication,” Rota told Ars.
“It’s a must-read for everyone who wants to understand how the Internet will shape the future.”
“The Power Of The Network,” published by Digital Publishing worldwide, will be the first book to address the topic of distributed computers.
The title of the book came from a discussion at Carnegie, which Rota and Krizchevsky participated in, and the title of their paper came from the conference that the book was presented at.
In it, Rota described distributed computing as “the future of communication.”
The new book is a collaboration between Rota’s students, Krizhesky’s students at MIT, and his collaborators at the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute.
It includes the book’s main content and a new chapter that introduces a number of other topics that have been covered in the previous two books.
“Power Of The Networks” is the third installment in the trilogy that includes “The Future of Communication,” “The World of Networking” and “The Internet of Information.”
The book was first published in 2016 and has been published in more than 50 languages.
Rota has been the subject of a number books, including “How to be a Digital Citizen,” and he has been interviewed by the BBC, The New York Times, CNN, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal.
His work has also been cited in the book “The Age of Disruption: From Facebook to Uber” by the Atlantic Council and by the World Economic Forum’s Future of the World report.
This book is Rota at his most ambitious.
“The world is changing fast, and there are so many ways we can learn and innovate,” Rotti said.
“What’s interesting is that we’re all learning from each other, we’re innovating, and we’re also creating new opportunities for our own work.
So, there’s this shared value, and that shared value has been a very big part of the design of the series.”
“Power And Control” was published in 2017 and was followed by “The Rise Of The Internet of Everything” and now “The Next Big Network.”
